COVID-19: Custom Experience

Dear Valued Northside Volkswagen Customer,

Welcome back! We are excited to announce that as of June 11th, Northside Volkswagen showroom and service departments are fully OPEN with no appointment necessary. We also continue to offer a contactless virtual sales process enabling you the opportunity to shop from home. Capacity restrictions are in effect in our showroom and additional safety measures have and will be implemented for test drives.

Like all of you, we are continuing to navigate these unprecedented times. The health of our customers, staff and their families remains our top priority and are of the utmost importance to us. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Northside Volkswagen has implemented several safety measures and continue to follow all recommended public health guidelines. We are asking our staff and customers to follow all safety measures put in place to ensure your shopping and service experience with us remains safe.

The following are some measures we have implemented to make Northside Volkswagen a safe place for you. We also continue to implement a Covid screening process for all staff and are requesting customers to sign in upon entrance to the dealership.

Northside Volkswagen will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow the guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed. We are all in this together. Our goal is to ensure the safety of our community first while supporting the needs of our clients.
